Joe,

Most mutual funds end @end of March for the qr. So they have to spruce
up holdings which is called "window dress up" for their reports. They
want to show winners on qr report. So fund managers will sell losers
around that time and pour money into winners or market leaders that
most folks are familiar with. Many of us believe that once ORCL comes
out with "in line with or 1+ penny" and up beat future earnings, ORCL
will be the prime candidate for "window dress up." Or "window dress
down"(sp) he he he... I doubt it'll "strip down" because next qr is
traditionally the strongest Qr for ORCL.

ps: "strip down" "sell naked puts"... we might have to start changing
terms on "street."

Hope it helps.
