I was under the impression that Techdata was #1. Carry about 45,000 products and serve more than 70,000 value-added resellers with 7 billion in sales last fiscal. Oh well, I'm probably wrong once again..

ALL, I spoke with Tyler Thatcher, IOM IR, a little while ago:

I asked:

If Kim Edwards had a policy of not making any damage control comments...as far as trying to salvage the stock price. Tyler said that KE could, but hasn't. No policy not to.

This Friday is the request to seek the Preliminary Injunction to keep Nomai from selling their disks. Iomega has a heavy burden of proof. He said a 30% chance that the judge will rule from the bench, but, the decision could take several weeks. This has been hanging over them (WE KNOW).

Someone had called his office 10 minutes before me--- saying they saw Jaz2 at Fry's in San Francisco.

Jaz2 should be available more widely during the 2nd-3rd week of March.
Has only been offered on a limited basis up until this point.

Shareholder Meeting, Salt Lake City Marriott on April 21, 1998.

March 15th is the beginning of quiet period.

Linda

S.--

I appreciate your posts concerning product movement. Can you tell us how what's happening now compares to what was happening in December?

The reason I ask, of course, is that we all thought heavy duty product was moving in the 4th quarter, yet earnings fell short due to (1) Asia and (2) product delays.

If as Linda confirms Jaz 2 really hasn't moved in quantity yet this quarter, what is different this quarter from last quarter? (If you are able to discern from your ongoing observations)

Thanks.
