It may be feasible to convert many of the smaller halls to larger operations by getting 4-5 charities to share a given
physical facilities. Everyone would benefit especially the
players. The small halls may not be so small as to preclude this approach and other alternatives that may effect the same result. I wish we could determine how big small is.
Anyone have any suggestions on how to do this
