Lee - My suspicion is that Patricia and Cheri, if they inherited a large chunk of Nanopierce, will be thwarted once again by shareholder angst. I can't imagine there wouldn't be major uproar if it turns out that the former management team of SUNY was gifted the millions of shares of Nanopierce stock. Anyone looking at the situation from an "outside", detached, perspective, would have a difficult time not seeing conflict of interest written all over the scenario that seems to be unfolding before our eyes. I say that knowing we don't have all the facts.... The recent press releases don't really tell the full story -- but perhaps that is by design? I guess we'll see if Paul comes through with putting shares of Nanopierce in the hands of INCE shareholders, as he has told more than one large INCE shareholder he plans to do. That would help soften the insult upon previous injury that the recent Nanopierce/SUNY merger situation seems to represent. I have to agree with the poster who said he thinks the stock will see $0.02 before it sees $0.10 (or whatever higher price might represent a short term turn around). The conversion of Series C shares, and subsequent sale of some of those same shares seems to assure that. In closing - I'll say that this board has been accused of spreading misinformation. That seems to be the view of the current INCE management team (based upon their comments to various shareholders who have called INCE and Microlink in the past 1-2 months). We know that Paul's office has access to this board (at will). So, I hope that if we are off base in our conjectures someone from the company will volunteer to correct is where we accidentally wavered from the truth. It has never been my goal to ever purposefully mislead anyone with the opinions and views I post here. Like most others I'm simply trying to find out if we're going to come out of this investment in one piece. We'll just have to wait and see what happens. Lee - any additional background information on Patricia Johnston and her husband, and their former dealings with Energy Corp / SUNY / INCE / Zenith Petroleum /, and Paul Metzinger and his wife, would be greatly appreciated. Although I know you're no longer a shareholder I personally appreciate any effort put forth to clear the fog from the path INCE's shareholders are forced to walk. Bill
