Taken from IBD this morning.. MCDOUGAL'S CLAIM: "Former Clinton business partner and Whitewater confidante James McDougal died in solitary confinement, not in a jail infirmary as first reported. He was in solitary because of his refusal to take a drug test, prison officials said. McDougal had claimed he was confined because of a new disclosure in the Whitewater affair. A $27,000 cashier's check made out to then- Ark. Gov. Bill Clinton was found in the trunk of an abandoned car.
