Sigmund,

I have not heard anyone satisfactorily explain to me why Nasdaq requires AccuMed to maintain a $7 M owners equity position when they (Nasdaq) stipulate lower amounts for everyone else;

nasdaq.com

What gives with this? Is this penance?

If ACMIC doesn't shed the (C) and instead obtains a BB that would be a humiliation of epic proportions to all shareholders, the BODs' and Management.

I'd like to say... good to have you back in the fold, but it feels like you never left. Now that you have bought in again, it does make me a bit nervous. I think you carry a storm cloud with you and AccuMed doesn't have a lightning rod.

It has been about 4.5 months since AccuMed last announced earnings. I think she is dilated and is at about 6 centimeters. I hope it isn't a breech. That would be too painful. I would need mass quantities of opiates.
