Paul, nothing like suing a company to drive the stock price lower. Only credible evidence of securities violations, not complaints about unresponsive management, should fuel a threat of litigation.

A TMSR gag order in communicating with their shareholders?

CompUSA (NYSE:CPU) stocking up on Grand Prix steering wheels along with Driver's Ed '98...Top Gun consistentlly loaded....Computer City (NYSE:TAN) building X-Fighter inventory also along with Top Gun....NASCAR Pro has completely sold through everywhere?...Millennium Inceptor prices back up/no rebate to $69.99 everywhere...Rage 3D conspicuously absent from Computer City since day 1...chains are private labeling their own gamepads, however, they are not moving and Computer City should rethink that strategy soon...have confirmed MotorSport is synonymous with car racing in Europe/UK...2nd only to Formula 1 brand equity...however, Rugby/Soccer are considerably bigger sports per our UK contacts...Attack throttle and Elite Rudder pedals should account for Q1 eps consensus/surprise? and F-F MotorSport GT/Console(s) steering wheel/gamepad beginning Q2?
