I think the stock downdraft is due to the fact that the Fleet loan has not been finalized yet (perhaps negotiations have broken down?) and the fact that fourth quarter earnings are coming out soon and speculation exists that they will not be good. As for the end of the auction, who knows? As long as bidding continues on the B block, the auction will continue. Although NextBand has not yet actually won Los Angeles, the lack of any excess bidding eligibility remaining means it is highly unlikely that someone will outbid NextBand for L.A.
