Hi!

I agree with your assessment and I hold both FTEL and DGIV too...

Except, Frank Peters has mentioned several times FTEL would not be for sale!! With all the competition entering the Internet telephony field these days, it might be hard for FTEL to keep their niche, though, I think their partnerships with powerhouses WCOM, GTE and the like and Frank's resolve will keep FTEL in the field of play!!

I am also excited about DGIV's future and am holding this one not as a daytrade or momentum play at the moment...

FTEL is not for sale, at least according the management. I have long thought FTEL is a perfect takeover target, but Frank Peters says he's in it for the long haul.
