The Numbers!!!!!!!!! I have added up all the sparq stuff on order from ingram (its all backordered) if you combine all the sparq's and all the disks (1, 3pks, 10pks) it comes out to 9.7million dollars at RETAIL.....thats if all the orders shipped today....that is the total that ingram has on backorder for sparq! NOT SALES....just backordered.....Now if you take all the jaz product (only 1gb) and just add up whats on hand...not whats on order from iom....it equals 6.3mil and that is changing daily(actually by the minute)....so fellow fans we are turning millions in jaz product while syquest has only the hope of netting 9.7(retail so this is way high) assuming all the orders ship to ingram AND they all get sold......and most of the product is not due until 4/10/98............comments

Dale, <I certainly am concerned about the Nomai court case comment: "Iomega has a heavy burden of proof." This doesn't sound too promising to me. What was your impression of Tyler's comment?>

He emphasized the entire sentence...

seems that this is most likely the reason the stock in under such pressure...IMHO
