Joey,

I certainly understand your concern about the possible sale by myself in the market. Let me put your mind at ease. The filing was made with no specific intent. I may sell some, I may sell none. But if the time comes that I may want to sell a few shares in the next 90 days, this was the necessary paperwork that had to be done. In general when you file it is for the 1% of the outstanding stock which is what I filed.
If your concern is about "jumping ship" you have no need to worry. It was just a formality just in case I need to sell some in the next quarter. I hope I answered your concerns.
This is a company that I put much work into and would be terribly short sighted to be offing my position here.

No secrets here. We intend to provide complete and accurate information. We stand by my previous statement. If you would like to confirm information about ITKG, we would invite you to call our offices toll-free at 1-888-666-8833. [Note: Lab technicians in our West Virginia office are probably not your best source of corporate financial and legal information.]

Mr. Pratt was a founder of the company and is a significant shareholder. Mr. Pratt has never been employed by ITKG, and is not now employed by ITKG. Mr. Pratt has never been nor is he now a director or officer of ITKG. A correction is forthcoming from Bloomberg.

Mr. Pratt is a shareholder just like you, and is legally entitled to dispose of his assets, just like you, without telling me or anyone else why. But he does have to provide the public notice of his intent to sell, and conform to some other rules. Filing the form 144 is only one part of the process of releasing 144 shares. Until the entire process is successfully completed, the shares cannot be sold. Please see my previous statement.

Finally, at this point in time, I doubt whether Mr. Pratt has more detailed knowledge about the affairs of the company than would any of our shareholders who have read the publicly available information. So I wouldn't read too much into it.

Please call me or Mike Pound if we can answer any further questions about this or any other matter concerning ITKG.

Best regards
Mark Williams, CEO

im long in this company joey and i dont plan to go anywhere soon, the fact that fortune 500 executives are aligning with this company should give you an idea they believe in it. Did you go to the website? You will always see short term blips in any stock, but long term this company appears to be heading in the right direction.

Once again Mr Pratt files to sell 140,000 shares on 3/23/98. That makes 2 filings 3/3 & 3/23 for 280,000 shares. I know he just wants to make sure that he has the shares available when he's ready to sell.
