Franz Ross, I don't want to defend hpeace because I know he is more than capable of doing it himself, but back in the old days (i.e., last summer) when this thread didn't get hundreds of posts a day and only a handful of people actually posted, hpeace was invaluable source of inside news concerning Compaq that you just couldn't find anywhere else. It really has been a loss that hpeace can no longer post. This thread has been overrunned with people with oversized egos and attitudes who think they can predict CPQ on a day to day basis. Sure, hpeace had an ego too, but at least he helpingly provided info that was useful and inciteful. Just my opinion. -Eddie P.S.- Hpeace, you can send me all the private e-mails you want. Concerning CPQ of course.
