Rich: Give it a rest. I didn't chase anyone away. It was Judith's choice to say that she wasn't going to post. And frankly, I could care less if she ever does. It easy to raise questions, such as she does, but its not so easy to understand where we are at and get the answers to those questions, is it? Takes a little work, doesn't it? Many people think that their DD is reading this thread. How many times have I read any contribution from you, other than commentary, which is pretty easy to do. So,please don't bother responding to me anymore, capiche? Its a waste of space to continue this ridiculous banter. Now, I confirmed from someone other than the receptionist that news from Nasdaq will not be forthcoming for at least another couple of weeks. I also learned that the letter of intent with the Worldcom colocation has turned into a definitive agreement. The process of Worldcom approving the test sites for the test network is in process...the paperwork has been approved and they should begin setting up the test sites shortly. This may sound like the same ole story, but its not. From intent to signed agreement, OK? This in itself is significant. As many have said, not anyone can get a colocate with Worldcom, regardless of what some (VS) might want everyone to believe. The competition, such as Vocaltech, is aware of Franklin, and are starting to dread Franklin's continuing presence at the shows. They know Franklin has a superior product, they are just hoping nobody else finds out. As many have reported here, there are more than 10 Fortune 500 type companies with eval units in their hands...anyone of which could put us on the map. Additionally, there appears to be some "noise" regarding the direction of the upcoming FNET IPO. I SENSE that FNET will partner with another company to solidify the IPO, as many others believe When will we hear anything substantial regarding contracts, etc.? Elk's post was indicative of the infancy of this industry. However, I wouldn't be surprised to see Franklin be the first one to make some major waves with the first large hardware order. BTW, ISPhone continues to order a few Tempests, with Franklin already having the money in hand for these.
