Larry, <<down tick volume>>?

I broached the subject of todays GIC trading volume only becuase it seemed a little strange. The bulk of trading all occurred in 6 100K blocks, indicating that some big boys were playing in the pond today. Since I don't have a real time feed I can't verify the up and down tick volume. It's hard to tell whether the ticks were up or down from the Yahoo chart. Here's what I'm talking about:

The purpose of my post was to call these block trades to the threads' attention to see if anyone else had a clue as to what went down. I can't tell myself. Since the trading range today was so tight, they could have been buys for all I know. What do you think?
