Other - Retail clerk reported that Saturday had been very strong; that sales for the previous week totaled $115,000 and for the week before that, $100,000. Food - The Mojo Bones were fantastic. Service - Excellent Gorillas - Every 10 minutes - a bit much; every 15 to 20 minutes would be fine. Bathroom - Clean Wait - 30 to 40 minutes at 7:30 pm 9:00 am Monday, March 9th: Wait - None Tables Occupied - just a few Retail - Some browsing, some buying Wait - None at 9:30 am 8:00 pm Monday, March 9th: Wait - 30 to 40 minutes Lower Level Seating - Full (400 seats) Upper Level Seating - Closed (100 seats) Mushroom Bar - Full Retail - Crowded but very little buying 8:15 am Tuesday, March 10th: Wait - None Tables Occupied - only 2 Retail - A good number of browsers with some buying. One lady made an $82 purchase - not bad for 8:15 in the morning. Wait - None at 8:45 am but 15 tables and counting are now occupied 2:00 pm Tuesday, March 10th: Wait - None, but there is a constant line of people waiting to get in. Lower Level Seating - Full (400 seats) Upper Level Seating - Closed (100 seats) Mushroom Bar - Half Full Retail - Crowded with some buying - bird show is in full swing Food - "Eye of the Ocelot" did not live up to RAIN's reputation for BIG portions - 2 thin slices of meatloaf. Service - Excellent Wait - None, but still a steady line at 3:00 pm. 10:00 am Wednesday, March 11th: Wait - None Lower Level Seating - Half Full (400 seats) Retail - Crowded with some buying Food - "Tonga Toast" is warm, gooey, nutty, cinnamony and sweet.
