Dave, Iomega is NOT DEAD... Just MORIBUND! With all the legal "wolves" trying to beat down the door, I would imagine that Kim Edwards and the rest of upper management at Iomega is remembering those words from all the old cop shows on TV and Radio... "Anything you say CAN and WILL be used against you in a COURT OF LAW!" Anyway, it was something like that... so quiet they are at the present time. However, according to the channel checks from the major wholesalers and resellers, IOM is far from DEAD!!! I need to read some more LAWYER JOKES... ANYONE OUT THERE WITH SOME GOOD ONES... especially about DEAD ONES! I cannot believe the constant barrage of "news" about the law firm of the day who is out to get IOMEGA or RAIN... you name it. It is getting very tiresome. Its made all the worse when you see the DOW and NASDAQ making NEW HIGHS just about every day as you watch IOM sinking into the mud! I'm MAD AS HELL AND I'M NOT GOING TO TAKE IT ANYMORE!!! That felt better... Just trying to be patient, and not liking it. Here's to some good news one of these days... Mel
