3700 shares? That's a joke! There are traders in this chat group that deal with bigger lots. If that's what a VP has, may be that's the problem with this company. Bunch of salaried (a la Post Office) journeymen? May be it's time to give all the execs a 60% pay cut, and give them some decent equity in the company. Say, a 200,000 shares each. If the execs don't see the big win, they sure as hell aren't going to make $$$ for you and me.
