Moonray: Are you sure about that? I think they opened the "window of opportunity" concept about early Feb. and late Jan. and then beginning of this week or last declared the window closed and went bearish because of earnings warnings season.

They are jumping on everything I will agree. However I do tend to agree with their overall premise a declining earnings rate environment is not a bullish scenario for stocks. I just think no one is absolutely certain what to make of the PC tech stocks - underlying unit demand gone or still there. They think unit demand is declining per INTC comments; I'm not so sure and would lean towards unit demand still being there - just prices have plummeted. It's tough to ignore the severity and size of the earnings warnings in all of this!
