Maybe they're taking a restructuring charge for an acquisition? I don't think they made any acquisitions. When do they report earnings? Would a slowing in PC sales show up in this quarter or next quarter's earnings?

I was hoping they might be a video adapter supplier to IBM, but I think IBM got someon else, wasn't it number 9 ?
