"The ideal outcome for this mess is for all the ACTM inventory
to have been stolen ..."

Great! If this was indeed the outcome, we'd really have solid
grounds on which to sue management (and take all their money):

- either they actually had called in law enforcement
to investigate the stolen inventory but lied to us
by saying they were "not aware" of law enforcement
agencies being involved, or

- they didn't call in law enforcement but should have.

and with the insurance money, there'd be something to take.

Well, actually, I suspect this sort of speculation merely
falls into the "crazy rumors" category. Whatever the true
reason for the shortfall I believe Greenlaw's comments to
me rule out the possibility of theft.
