There is absolutely no reason to think that DR is not making progress in the background. Just how much progress is the issue. You may have to wait to find out. Let's just say that the stock is drowsy from an recent cash overdose. Because of lack of liquidity it may take a while for the ill effects to be duly flushed from its system.

Urider, I believe you've stumbled into the domain of an obscure group of investors called flat-liners. They generally start out as Extreme Investors buying stocks at the uppermost levels and riding them down near vertical drops. After several such experiences, motionless stocks suddenly become irresistible and the closer to zero the better. If the stock drops, they expect it; if the stock goes up even as much as 1/32, the feeling of euphoria can be overwhelming.

Udrider, I'm sure you've wondered about the nature of the the worst case scenario, well, you've found it. As for the the year 2000 problem, you guessed it, you're looking right at it. Quite a discovery but you must keep this information confidential at all costs: the cultural impact would be devastating should word get out that the WCS and Y2KP have been identified and isolated on the Internet -- they may pull the plug, the big one.
