Neil, I'm not certain when the secondary is going to take place. Somebody here mentioned the end of the month but I don't know if they were saying this because they knew for sure. I've been meaning to call FAHN and find out but haven't gotten to it. As for the pacific rim, they only recently set up shop in China. I can't imagine that their business there accounts for a major portion of their business. They haven't been there long enough. Hank
