David Takata(Gruntal)is probably the best ISP analyst around. He's
been table pounding PSIX when all other firms deserted them.

His target is $15 but I think it's worth more once full
story is out.

With stock action being so strong hard to read how much upside
there is. Also seems like new management team is getting some
respect.

PSIX could be totally revalued by the street if this continues
and they begin to improve their revs/cost structure
