Colin,

This post from you is due diligence at its best.
I appreciate your effort in posting this.
(I followed the back and forth on the "other thread.")

I personally am not competent to comment one way or
the other on the trading status issues, but it is
the case that Mr. Green suddenly
disappeared when some direct (and not too hard IMHO)
questions were put to him both about legal points
and about his motives in soliciting business. This is an
independent observation, not a judgement; I do
not know why it happened; I can only verify that
it did.

I doubt that Steve Goldman has time or interest in
answering the direct question that was put to him
(because he knows it's BS, I expect, again strictly
my opinion), but it would be instructive if he did.
Steve never writes anything that's not highly
instructive (I wonder what his laundry list tells the
folks at the cleaners about market directions ...<G>).

Regards

Spots

A quick question Colin, coming from someone who has used turbotax for the past five years to do my personal taxes, what is the going rate for an accountant to prepare a standard personal return for a trader, assuming the Cap. Gains report ties out with 1099's? Its been a while. I'm thinking I might raise a few less flags with the return done by a paid preparer for a few hundred bucks.

Thanks for the post.

Hey Spots! I must say that between posting here and on the Trading Desk in the early am, handling emails, hosting our noon chat session, and joining the gang at MBTrading, I nned to sometimes "skim" through some posts so I don't detract my my "real" work at hand.. Clearly, anytime someone asks a question of me, I give it a sincere reply. Did I miss a question posed of me? I thought that is what you were mentioning in your posts. Notice how I am talking to Spots via. responding to Colin, this is how I sometimes might miss a question. If anyone ever has a question they want answered by me, please respond to any of my posts and I;ll see it.

If I missed someones quesitons, accept my apologize, but better yet, please post it again.

Regards,
Steve@yamner.com
