VTSS at $25 is very likely possible. Just look around first Anadigic, Triquint, Motorola, TXN, and now today National Semiconductor warn of a lower revenue next quarter. All of this company are in the chip business and the trend is down. Now VTSS might go up to $50 if it took in all the orders that the other chip companies are losing, I very doubt it though.

Actually I am a non-smoker,

Also, I am not a chartist. I simply have been around the semiconductor business for a long time. I am not saying VTSS will hit $25 in the very short term either. I am saying that its long term valuation will not justify a higher number. I would be interested to learn why you are willing to pay $1.5B - $2.0B for this company today (when Symbios Logic, a profitable $650M company, with excellent technology and reputation, was just sold for $750M)?
