Passing on BNEZ info for you're reading pleasure.

This e-mail was sent at the same time to those on the list. Activity picked up a little but still an excellent bargain as it settled before the soon expected rally. It's ripe!

As of 3/12/98, at 2:30pm est, we have taken a position in BNEZ. We feel that this has at least a tremendous short term movement possibility. You can get further information about these stocks at

www3.techstocks.com

quote.yahoo.com

To aid you in your research, we note here that there is around 10
million shares in float. News is expected at any moment of great
importance. The company stared with a product called CapScape. It
allows a company to go public in a faction of the time normally. The
first link goes on to discuss this. The next few are news releases
and information on when they went public, number of shares, etc...

At this time we are researching what can and can't be said here through this invest or to investor email list. This is NOT a professional newsletter at this time. We cannot guarantee the future prices of stocks and we make no attempt to try and motivate you to becoming an investor of the companies that we might suggest. We are simply here to share our thoughts and interests as common investors in the penny market. Many people don't even know where to begin when looking for companies to invest in and that is why we want to bring ideas to the table. You take your own risks and are entirely responsible for the outcome of your own investments. We cannot be held responsible and make no claims about holding our stock picks indefinately or that we are even going to hold our investments for any length of time. Most penny stocks move so quickly that we feel once a stock has moved up to a level that sustains our personal investment goals that we reserve the right to take our profits. This may be 1 month, 1 week, 1 day, 1 hour and we feel confident that you will do the same. The worst thing you can do is let a stock own move up significantly only to watch it fall back to previous levels or worse without ever having taken some profits. This message is NOT to be copied, posted, or quoted by any means without our consent. If you are caught doing so you will be removed from this free service. But under the 1st amendment which of course we all rely on, you of course are welcome to refer people to join this list at: jimb123@collegeclub.com or by membership only messages at Silicon Investor at www.techstocks.com.At all times we are doing our best to email you as soon as the information becomes available to us.. but unfortunately,if our email service provider has problems, then some ofyou may receive these emails before others. For that we apologize. But, we know that anything we send to you to try and help you with your investment strategies is a blessing and that you will work politely with us as we resolve our own internal problems. Good luck and good hunting. Always do plenty of research BEFORE making your investment decisions.

Thank you.

Joe,

re: FAMH

I think you're right about NETZ having an empty table, but FAMH?
Watch FAMH at the open tomorrow, I think it will surprise you.

Good Luck,
Dave
