FAMH - wild speculation

I have a gut feeling that perhaps the
merger company might not be in the
temp staffing area. Perhaps a staffing
company in a related area. Like NCES.

I'm new to this but we are looking for a company which has had a
price of less than $3.00 for the past year and no debt. I am looking at
Digital Solutions which seems to fit the bill and recently hired
a firm to look for merger partners. [feb.26 news ]
Am I on the right track here??
