Yes, mostly that. Also we have to consider inventory that had already been written down, but was sold on that quarter.

Eric and Phillip have made a compelling case for great earnings this quarter. FWIW, you can place me in their camp.

I've found their figures outrageously optimistic. Anderson warned to "expect lower quarter (Q1 to Q2) sales". Yet, they have repeatedly posted some projections in which sales are actually higher, or alternatively sales somewhat lower but with higher earnings that Q1 (yeah right).
