Joe,
I agree completely, nice to hear from some more "new blood".
I am really concerned, in spite of some of the very positive
analyst interviews that I watched on CNBC today concerning the
markets upward momentum. Seems like to much positive "spin" with
everyone beating the drum for DOW 9000 and later this year 10,000.
I think this happened in 1988 also after the crash of '87, but not
to this degree of "upward" euphoria. There was one chief investment
officer on late today, that I think had it correct. Her take was
that momentum is up for the 1st and into the early 2nd quarter for
the markets, with smaller companies benefiting the most, but that
the "Asia effect/impact" hasn't been realized in our market yet, but
would manifest itself later in the 2nd half of the year. I subscribe
to this scenario also. I think Jtechkid and I agree on this one!

Just my opinion,
BB

Joseph, > Japan has been mired in a recession for the past 7,8
years. They have done everything wrong in terms of trying to reverse course. And they still DON'T GET IT.

Japan in recession has not bothered us too much the last 7 years
they've been in it. NOW it is supposed to impact the US greatly.
Could you explain why, please.
