I wonder if WACC did a thorough background check on Boyar before they hired him, and if they know about his background, are they crooked too? On the other hand, we have to keep in mind that we (or I, anyway) don't know all the facts of the case. He may have been trying to run a legitimate company, and things didn't work out, and some angry shareholders brought a class action suit against him, and from what the media says, all we see is that he's on trial from fraud, stock manipulation and racketeering. As I'm sure you know, there are many sides to a story, and other conclusions to reach.

If you're going to look at the property and talk to the management while you're in Orlando, I wish you the best of luck.
