The only thing I want to know is how this individual accumulated so much shares? I'm sure it wasn't open market purchase. Option exercise? Another number we haven't taken into account is what's the latest outstanding number of shares? Did it increase?

FWIW, I wish this is true and the stock takes off, because my cost in this stock is around somewhere $67.

Confirmed. Recent 10Q says as of January 5, 1998, there were 37,034,732 shares of the Registrant's Common Stock outstanding. Morean, Sansone and Peterson collectively have 24 Million shares, which is 65%.

This is fantabulas.
