Prakash, All I am trying to do is get to the bottom of this. I called IR today and left a message for Beth Walters that there were some questions I needed clarification on before I post it on the thread, but did not get a return call (probably because of the quiet period). I therefore felt compelled to bring this information out for public discourse. Hopefully Jabil IR will have some answers. I know Beth Walters "monitors" this thread and hopefully she will clarify. As to how Ms. Petersen may have accumulated these shares, I think it could have been a combination of open market purchase and direct purchase from some institutions... ?????? Karim
