Jay, those false starts should not be confused with what we see here. MSS is breaking out of $1.80 trading range. This requires relatively heavy volume. With the volume we've seen this week and today's volume of 12K, we may have a true breakout. If MSS goes back below $1.80 then what we had this week would be a false breakout. However the volume this week is highly encouraging. We may now have support at $1.80.

Jay, I just read that XML 1.0 has been recently approved by W3C.
This is great news for MSS who resisted HTML to focus on XML.
The article was in a local computer paper here in Toronto called The Computer Paper (p. 48), April edition.
