Hi Rich - Maybe it wasn't CEO Schmidt that recruited Raney. I just wondered if Raney worked with Schmidt in the past. The answer is no! But it appears that Raney worked with COB Young many years ago.

My other observation was that Tolonen was probably already out prior to the filing of the first Class suit. I believe Tolonen was asked to resign sometime in February. Investor Relations had some three weeks to announce the appointment of the interim CFO. I would of hoped they might have put a more positive spin on the whole thing.

This would have been an excellent time for CEO Schmidt to announce "other" management changes in line with his overall restructuring theme. I just did not see that in the press release today.
