Hey gang....Just an interesting take on the reverse split issue and Ira's stock buy-back. I think, presently, at Famh's current price this is a reverse split, but, could change dramatically if Famh's price increases.
Ira states," It appears , AT THIS TIME, we would be looking at an approximate exchange of 4 shares of Famh for 1 share in the Nasdaq company." So Ira's saying, I have a .50 cent stock and this other company is trading around 2 dollars.(Barely listed seems compatible). Now if Famh's price increases to 2 dollars, THERE'S NO WAY Ira will give up 4 of his shares for 1 of this other company. I think it will be an even swap then. I can't see Ira giving up 4 for 1 if the stock prices are compatible. No way. That's where the buy-back comes into play. Ira knew about the merger before the buy-back. He definitely wants to help the price up, so he has to give up less to get to Nasdaq. Ira's underlying theme throughout every CC is share price. I just perceive Ira to be very shrewd and crafty and he's going to get the most bang for his buck. Myriad is a perfect example. My money's on Ira becoming a success.
