Barbara, I am worried about selling at Cadence for the folowing reason:

1) I assume that the insiders at Cadence know more about the possibility of additional Avant! products being enjoined than anyone other than insiders at Avant! or Judge Whyte.

2) I assume that if additional products are enjoined, this will be great for Cadence as their competition will disappear.

If I were an insider at a company, and I knew good news was comming, I would not be in a hurry to sell my entire position, yet that is what 10 different insiders did recently. The reasons for their sales may be unrelated to Avant!, but it is certainly inconsistent with Avant! going out of business, as many of the shorts have argued it will.

Are my assumptions inaccurate? I have been lurking on this and the Avant! board for a while, and you seem to be pretty knowledgable about this company, so I would appreciate your thoughts and any other insights you may have for a very nervous Avant! short. Thanks in advance.
