Whoa! Am trying to work this out. Lessee... In 1990 McCuen makes a "controvesial road trip" in the company of two young female aides. Arkansas is one of the poorest states in the nation, and so in order to save the taxpayer money the three nobly decide to share accommodations, never mind the inconvenience. At some later? earlier? date McCuen invites the governor and one of the aforementioned aides to have oral sex in his very own office, thus once again defraying the cost of a hotel room. And I used to think Arkansas was uninteresting!
