I am not trying to cause any additional friction to the 'pundit war', but thought that I would share some DD that was done yesterday.

Well I do not like companies with so much promotion I prefered the silent type that could care less. No conference calls just put out the meat and potatoes. Simple as that

To my knowledge and the research I have done on stock exchanges and reverse splits. A stock has to reach the ten dollars safe haven and then have enough inventory so small volume does not plummet it for one. Also the ones that have worked had a retail broker standing by to bring buying into it. Now if it can get a buying up tick that range which is over the $5.00 mark draws a different breed of invesotrs.

You have unprofessinal buyers under a dollar which is of course the momentum traders. Then at $1.00 you get a different set of investors untill the $2.00 mark at which time IF the company is defined and with verification to the definition retail brokers step in getting an inventory and buying in clients. At the $5.00 level mutual funds come in.

Most of the time stock exchanges and reverses fall 50% and more. Averaging down takes them back up a bit but there has to be some powerhouse news at the time of the stock exchange.

That is what I have discovered. But you can bet shorting is done the minute the stock exchange is done. Lip smacken is a good way to put it. LOL
