niggerochi & ALL: I lost count of the number of law suits now pending. However, can each law firm win their suit, or only one of the firms. All the suits are filed in the name of the shareholders, so how many times can the shareholders win? It seems to me that only one firm can win the suit. At that time, all the other firms would have to withdraw their filings and go home.

Comments welcome. Are there any lawyers that can clarify this issue?
