Agreed. Ledoux is doing the work because they are well paid. Nothing wrong with that and no inference should be drawn one way or the other.

Knight, I don't agree. As with any industry, the top suppliers can keep busy in any downturn. Remember the last IPM results took 4 months to get back and that was in the heart of mine closing news, low gold prices etc. Indicating that Ledoux wasn't sitting around waiting for work. Ledoux will also suffer from major credibility lapse if, after working with Naxos for this long, the end result was a dud.

Ledoux knows as much about this ore as anyone and was happy to certify 3 opt on non COC and certify .95 to 2.5 on COC from Behre Dolbear. Ledoux has as much riding on their reputation as Naxos given the highly skeptical view on Naxos over the last few years. So their commitment, contracted or not, is a function of their confidence, in my opinion.

Contracts can be broken and life goes on. Reputations can be lost and take a lifetime to regain.
