Knight I would like to see the new "bossman" be someone with experience in the mining buisness. Specifically someone who has taken a property from wannabe to producing or at least been involved in that process previously. I would also like to see that this candidate has extensive experience in dealing with labs and how to keep them on the straight and narrow. Last but not least, this person must have a FLAWLESS reputation and be free of any hint of impropriety. Because of this need for experience, I am afraid that I would not be in favor of Fred Arkush returning as the new CEO. While I have immense respect for Fred, he does not have the above qualifications. Mark
