Mark: I don't think Fred A. ever was CEO and I agree that he does not have the qualifications that I myself have posted repeatedly as necessary to the CEO job. He would,(IMO) as I suggested in my post to Kurt, make a fine Chairman of the Board a position which must be voted upon at the AGM. JLA
