This is an excerpt from a ZDNet story about the positive earnings surprise for Oracle. It credits strong server sales as being the cause of the good results. It would seem to me that strong server sales would definitely be good news for Adaptec's SCSI sales. Thoughts?

<<Oracle Corp. today beat analysts' estimates for its third quarter, posting nearly a 28 percent jump in revenues.

The Redwood Shores, Calif., database company reported sales of $1.75 billion for the quarter, up from $1.37 billion the year
before. Net income was $215 million, or 22 cents per share, up from $193 million, or 19 cents per share, in the year-ago
quarter.

Analysts surveyed by First Call had expected earnings of 19 cents a share for the quarter.

Server sales in the Americas jumped 34 percent, leading worldwide license growth, which increased 14 percent to $774
million. Worldwide services rose 41 percent to $974 million.>>
