.....Wouldn't we all love to own a NASDAQ "shell", so that we could sell it to a company like FAMH? I wonder who owns the shell?

<<<<We are basically merging with a shell company that has nothing to offer but their listing...>>>

Interesting. I asked Nasdaq how the reverse merger would work with the "shell company" everyone keeps mentioning... here is their reply (I found the rules under "about Nasdaq," not in "references" as is stated below... rules are quite lengthy of course).

*****We don't allow shells. In addition, depending on the circumstances, a merger may result in the company having to qualify pursuant to the initial inclusion requirements. (See marketplace Rule 4330(f) on our site).

>For the complete listing requirements, please refer to the Nasdaq Website, nasdaq.com; click on References, then Listing Requirements and Forms, and then The Nasdaq Stock Market Marketplace Rules.

By the way... would this FAMH swap not be treated like an initial listing? Wouldn't that take a minimum $4 bid? More like a 7-1 reverse at current prices?
