Does anyone know the outcome of the ONSI merger tax treatment? The recent 8-K says that the acquisition will be treated as a purchase for accounting purposes. Did the IRS ever come back on the question of whether the transaction would be taxable for ONSI shareholders (I remember that the tax treatment was expressly not a condition of the deal closing)? Thanks in advance.
