I see $9.00 stock price, low end.
And $12.60 high end.

eps .36 x 25 = 9.00
.36 x 35 = 12.60

Where are you getting the .86 eps?

I may have been in too big a hurry. But are you counting the
chickens before they are being hatched?

I hope you are right and I am wrong!

I'm sorry, my 1st post was not that clear. first off I was wrong for saying value. I meant share price. We don't know the share price of the unknown Co. Therefor we don't know how one of their stocks compares to 4 of FAMH. The only way that this is comparable to a RS is if the day the Merger is a done deal, the Unknown co. is trading @ EXACTLY 4x the share price of FAMH. ( which is unlikely in my opinion, since Ira understands that this stock is undervalued where it is trading) I may be wrong but this is the way I see it.

Brad, I am not disagreeing with your valuations below. I agree 100%. I am just trying to stop the comparisons to a revers split.

POST-MERGER SUMMARY:
12,062,000 total shares outstanding
1997 EPS 36›
1998 EPS 82› to 99› (using current projections from FAMH for 1998 EPS 25-30 cents x 4 x 82.9%)
P/E: 25-35 (Most NASDAQ companies trade on FUTURE EPS Projections)

SHARE PRICE (based on future earnings projections):
.82 x 25 = $20.50 (on the low end)
.99 x 35 = $34.65 (on the high end)
Average = $27.57 per share (previously 4 FAMH shares)
