Bill,

The word in the Bay Area is that WSTL has to do something
fast. Where they heck were they at Spring Internet World
in LA this week? Might of been the only DSL provider to be
a no show....

who knows. someone is looking at WSTL as a buyout opp., but i have no clue who it is. one thing is for sure...we will know in the very near future. a takeout around 30 seems a little rich right now, but remember we dont have all available information.
