Why are you unhappy? Hadn't you better wait to find out what Dell has in mind? When Dell takes on debt it increases its leverage -- no different than you buying on margin, except: 1. Dell will never get a margin call 2. Dell's interest is deductible. Regards, Paul

Freeus, Re... New debt. I can only assume that Michael has a good (for us) use for it. Debt is only bad if it is used foolishly or can't be serviced. I feel like a kid on Christmas Eve wondering what Michael is going to do with the money. I don't believe an aquisition is in the cards though. Not Mikey's style.
