TMSR Management: In Perspective Open Text (NASDAQ:OTEXF).

OTEXF just announced a $36.5M secondary offering after their stock doubled solely pursuant to the street's confidence in this management team. OTEXF is just profitable (before extraordinary acquisition charges) Q2 ending December 31. This Internet focused Company has consistently built up the management team and has aggressively and consistently entered into key strategic alliances. What would their stock price (and accordant secondary offering implications) be if they sported TMSRs fundamentals?

Management infrastructure, alliances, alliances, alliances, stock performance quote.yahoo.com

This simply is how s/h value is maximized.

Nice post(1323), and it's obvious that superior companies don't have to use Asia and weak tech sector as the excuse d'jour

I've been doing some research and it seems that the V.P. of marketing was at both Mindscape and Pop Rocket for awhile. I guess the question is why is he at TMSR now? I'll make some inquiries at E.A. to find out what I can about him.
Either he was doing an exceptional job and was hired for his talent (which I doubt based on what I've seen so far) or he has the talent and is being held back from doing anything exciting by Aanderud and Koski( which is possible give how conservative they are) or he simply doesn't have what it takes (which is also entirely possible). There has to be more talent than has been shown so far at the TMSR marketing dept. unless the V.P. is a cocky banty rooster and won't let anything pass through unless it is his idea. As we have seen, this is an "good old boys" company and they are probably threatened the exciting, fresh and out of the ordinary ideas that are needed to stimulate the gamers.
The Pop Rocket site isn't anything special poprocket.com and they even say they haven't done anything since March 1996. And mindscape.com isn't comparable at all to what TMSR needs to do to their website.

I'm sure the website will be his baby and I don't have much confidence based upon what I've see so far. I still haven't heard from Public Relations about when this supposed update is happening.
