Heck with that ground meat, I like mine in a big chunk. Rare steaks mmmmmmmmmm!!!!!! Ate a corned beef this week. All from the best in the state German Deli "Ditmer's Wursthaus" meat market. "Ditmer's makes the best wurst". Nothing like having your own butcher. I've taken to going in and asking him what's for dinner and then following the recipe he tells me. Yummy! I think we need to ask V1 about the SEPR qty. I think we figured that the buy would be fairly limited by the dollars available. I would figure that 300 would be reasonable. V1 asked whether we should have bought more INCY and based on today, we should have, oh well. Rman
